Rungwise is a recruitment service that connects people starting in tech with companies ready to train juniors. We work with employers across Germany and with remote teams in other countries. Our service is free for candidates.
Many employers are open to juniors without a degree when they can see real work. A clear portfolio and the confidence to explain your projects matter a lot at this stage.
One-to-one online sessions to improve your portfolio and practise interviews in English or German. We help you describe your projects and skills in simple, strong words. Three free sessions of 45 minutes.
We match candidates to junior roles in web support, testing and front-end work with our partner companies. Roles include part-time and full-time options, remote and on site.
We ask partner employers to accept project portfolios instead of degrees for entry-level roles and to show a salary range in every ad. Before each interview we coach candidates, and we ask employers to offer times that fit school and care hours.
