Commitment wall
Concrete actions organisations will take for women in ICT.

We will welcome three UNWIND graduates into our next freelance mentoring programme, each with a mentor from our members.
We will offer five free places in our spring JavaScript evening course to UNWIND graduates, chosen together with the project partners.
Our counsellors will add the UNWIND learning platforms and the showcase to the advice we give women looking for digital jobs.
Experienced members will review the first paid project of every UNWIND graduate who joins the network, free of charge.
We will keep two places in every Support Desk Starter Training group for women from the UNWIND network.
Our designers will run the UX Mentoring Circle every month in 2027 and keep four places in each group for UNWIND graduates.
We will advertise our next two web content roles as part time and remote, and send them to the UNWIND partners in Türkiye before anyone else.
We will give free advice on registering as a freelancer to UNWIND graduates in Greece.
Our members will mentor five UNWIND graduates who want to start a freelance web service.
We will offer a quiet study room and childcare on Tuesday mornings for women taking the UNWIND course.
Our members will offer monthly online mentoring hours for women starting as freelancers.
We will run two information sessions about ICT careers for women in our neighbourhood centres.
We will use the UNWIND curriculum in an evening web design course for women from spring 2027.
We will open a weekly study room with computers and childcare for women taking the UNWIND course.
We will suggest the free UNWIND online course as a first step to women in our return-to-work counselling.
We will add the UNWIND learning platforms to the digital skills advice we give job seekers.
We will add a "portfolio instead of degree" option to every junior web role we recruit for.
We will state in every internship ad that people without a degree are welcome to apply.
Two of our developers will each mentor one UNWIND graduate for six months, one hour every two weeks.
We will host two UNWIND graduates for a paid four-week work trial in our Thessaloniki team.
