Lanternway is a training provider for web and digital skills. Our courses lead to certificates that employers can check, and most classes run online in the evening or in short daytime blocks. Many learners join with funding from their local job centre.
Employers value proof of skills, such as a certificate or a project portfolio, especially from people changing careers. Short, focused courses help learners fill gaps in JavaScript, accessibility and teamwork with code.
A part-time online course that builds on the basics: arrays, loops, events and working with the DOM. You finish with a small app for your portfolio and a certificate. Two evenings a week for ten weeks, starting in March 2027.
A self-paced course with a weekly live question session that prepares you for a web accessibility certificate. You practise testing real pages and writing short reports.
Every course is available part time, with recorded sessions and offline exercises for weeks when life gets busy. Learners with care duties can pause a course and continue with the next group without paying again.
